About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Development Specialist to join our team at Olympus. As an OD Expert, you will play a key role in shaping our company culture and driving employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or support projects related to organizational development, including the implementation of our Employee Survey and Listening strategy.
  • Develop and roll out targeted initiatives to drive culture development and employee engagement.
  • Steer our Global Engagement Survey in EMEA and support the rollout of post-survey action planning.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and HR colleagues from EMEA and global HQ to drive business outcomes.
  • Build and manage a community of HR colleagues to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Psychology, HR, or Business Administration.
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in organizational development, ideally in a large multinational company or as a consultant for international clients.
  • Proven experience in developing and driving employee surveys and using quantitative and qualitative insights to shape culture development.
  • Strong knowledge of research design and analytics, as well as project management and change management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present convincingly to different audiences.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken, with German language skills a plus.
