About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Head of People Operations to join our team at Eppendorf. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive People & Organization strategy that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a global People & Organization strategy that drives business growth and excellence.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure the effective delivery of HR services and programs.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational design and change management initiatives.
  • Design and implement HR systems, processes, and policies that support business objectives.
  • Develop and manage HR budgets and resource allocation plans.
  • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and business stakeholders.
  • Lead HR-related projects and initiatives to drive business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies.
  • Experience in developing and implementing global HR systems, processes, and policies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of HR professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Fluency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
