Your Responsibilities
If you are eager to leverage your expertise in Health Care to advise and support our clients, here’s how you can contribute:
- As part of a holistic market strategy, you will provide guidance to organizations and institutions within the health sector, aiming to deliver cross-sector solutions—from analysis and design to execution. You will take on leadership responsibilities within your team.
- Drive digital transformation projects and the integration of telematics infrastructure applications for our clients. You will design new Target Operating Models and oversee their implementation in various projects.
- Your role will also involve developing team members through a supportive and challenging approach, embodying the principles of Servant Leadership in modern management.
- Strategic development will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Together, we will adapt to new trends, implement innovations, and introduce effective measures to the market.
- To become a (Senior) Consultant (w/m/d) in Health Care Strategy, you should possess a degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, ideally with a focus on health care or medicine, complemented by additional business qualifications.
- You should have a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, including consulting, project management, team leadership, and client acquisition.
- A keen interest in technological and organizational changes within the health sector, along with specialized knowledge gained throughout your career, is essential.
- You should demonstrate confidence and the ability to inspire both your team and clients with your ideas.
- Ability to assert your viewpoint in challenging discussions while maintaining fairness in your interactions is crucial.
