About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Development Specialist to join our team at Olympus. As an OD Expert, you will play a key role in shaping our company culture and driving employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or support projects related to organizational development, including the implementation of our Employee Survey and Listening strategy.
- Develop and drive employee engagement initiatives, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative insights to inform culture development.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and HR colleagues to drive business outcomes and improve organizational performance.
- Steer our Global Engagement Survey in EMEA and support the rollout of post-survey action planning.
- Orchestrate culture development initiatives, including the development and rollout of targeted programs.
- Build and manage a community of HR colleagues to drive business results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, HR, Business Administration).
- Certification in organizational development, change management, or a related field is beneficial.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in organizational development, ideally in a large multinational company or as a consultant for international clients.
- Proven experience in developing and driving employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of research design and analytics is beneficial.
- Experience working in an international matrix organization.
- Experience in project management and change management.
- Strong learning ability, business acumen, results orientation, and attention to detail.
- Strong command of English is a must, both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus.
