About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations & Analytics Manager to join our team at SPREAD GmbH. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving sales performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sales processes and strategies to drive revenue growth and improve sales productivity.
  2. Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and foster open communication.
  4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  5. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including leadership and cross-functional teams, to convey insights and strategies.
Requirements
  1. 3+ years of experience in sales operations, project management, or a similar role with a proven track record of driving sales performance and efficiency.
  2. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to pull and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  4. Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a strong plus.
