Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team at AMBOSS. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Analysis and Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies to enhance overall performance.
  • Sales Tools and Systems: In partnership with our CRM team, manage and optimize sales tools and systems to support the sales team's effectiveness.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Oversee the management of sales data, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Generate reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure alignment and streamline operations.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to the sales team on new processes and tools, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of process improvements and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Consulting, Project Management, or similar areas.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Hubspot.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to take initiative and proactively drive and manage projects end-to-end.
  • Strong critical thinking and business acumen.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical skills with the ability to work through complex processes.
