Job Description

As a Sales Operations Manager at AMBOSS, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improving sales performance. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze and optimize existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate existing business processes and identify inefficiencies
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall performance
  • Manage and optimize sales tools and systems to support the sales team's effectiveness
  • Oversee the management of sales data, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Generate reports to provide insights and support decision-making
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure alignment and streamline operations
  • Provide training and support to the sales team on new processes and tools
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of process improvements
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Consulting, Project Management, or similar areas
  • Proven experience in process improvement and project management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems such as Hubspot
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Ability to take initiative and proactively drive and manage projects end-to-end
