Sales Operations Manager

As a Sales Operations Manager at AMBOSS, you will be responsible for evaluating existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and developing strategies to enhance overall performance. You will work closely with sales, marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure alignment and streamline operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Process Analysis and Improvement: Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies to enhance overall performance
• Sales Tools and Systems: Manage and optimize sales tools and systems to support the sales team's effectiveness
• Data Management and Reporting: Oversee the management of sales data, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Generate reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
Requirements
• 3-5 years experience in Sales Operations, Consulting, Project Management or similar areas
• Prior experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in process improvement and project management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Hubspot
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Ability to take initiative and proactively drive and manage projects end-to-end
• Strong critical thinking and business acumen
• Detail-oriented and analytical skills with the ability to work through complex processes
