About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Cardino, a leading German startup in the used electric vehicle market. As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing our sales processes, implementing and managing CRM systems, and coordinating external contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • CRM Implementation: Lead the implementation and optimization of a new CRM system to enhance sales and customer management.
  • Contractor Management: Oversee the sourcing, onboarding, and management of contractors and agencies, ensuring smooth collaboration and results delivery.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Design, implement, and scale sales processes using no-code automation tools or collaborating with business automation managers to drive operational efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales operations team, manage KPIs, and drive team performance through effective collaboration and strategy development.
  • Data-Driven Sales Management: Use data and KPIs to guide decision-making, optimize sales processes, and enhance overall sales performance.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales operations, with proven experience in CRM implementation, process optimization, and managing external contractors/agencies.
  • High-Paced Environments: Previous experience in fast-paced workspaces such as startups, consulting, or tech.
  • Process Automation: Hands-on experience with no-code automation tools or similar technologies for optimizing workflows.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work closely with other sales team members.
  • Contractor Management: Experience managing external teams, including freelancers and agencies.
