Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to join our Sales Team in Frankfurt. Our sales experts know how to convince new and existing customers - become a part of our team and contribute to our sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support us in acquiring new customers and expanding our existing customer base.
- Monitor market developments in your sales area and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Based on customer requirements, create customized offers and individual concepts.
- Document all sales activities, including offers, contracts, and customer interactions, in our CRM system.
- Plan and execute sales events and promotions in collaboration with our regional sales leadership.
Requirements
- You hold a degree in Logistics or a related field or have equivalent experience.
- You have several years of sales experience, preferably in the sea and air freight industry, and a good understanding of customer needs.
- You prioritize customer satisfaction and service-oriented work.
- You possess excellent written and spoken English skills and a professional demeanor.
- You demonstrate high levels of initiative, reliability, communication skills, and assertiveness.
