Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Leadership Manager to join our team at Zayo. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to generate revenue and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a High-Performing Sales Team: Direct and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide Coaching and Development: Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Manage Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to position Zayo as a leader in the market.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and team performance.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales performance metrics and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Leadership and Coaching Skills: Proven leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate sales representatives to achieve their full potential.
