Job Title: Business Development Manager EAST-Europe

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at ORAFOL Europe GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the Eastern European market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share in the region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our R&D team to initiate and coordinate product and material release projects
  • Contribute to the development of our product range and identify new market opportunities
  • Create sales concepts and conduct presentations and product trainings
  • Represent ORAFOL at trade fairs and participate in industry events
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong technical understanding and knowledge of the reflective solutions market
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus
  • Ability to travel regularly, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
