Job Title: Business Development Manager EAST-Europe

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at ORAFOL Europe GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key customers and stakeholders in Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share in Eastern Europe.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities and developing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with our R&D team to initiate and coordinate product and material release projects, ensuring timely and successful launches.
  • Contribute to the development of our product range, identifying new market opportunities and creating sales concepts to drive growth.
  • Perform business analysis of customers and competitors, providing insights to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and product trainings to customers and stakeholders, showcasing our solutions and expertise.
  • Represent ORAFOL at trade fairs and events, promoting our brand and solutions to key customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience in sales and marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the technical products market.
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Passionate and committed personality, with a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
