Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at ORAFOL Europe GmbH.
About the Role:
- Identify and acquire new business customers and build a customer base for two product segments.
- Manage sales in the direct and indirect sales channel throughout Poland and selected CEE countries (B2G, B2B, B2C).
- Presentation of products at the client's and participation in industry fairs.
- Prepare sales reports/presentations.
- Monitor the competition and analyze the market for new sales opportunities.
- Prepare commercial offers.
- Provide ongoing and direct customer service (via email, telephone, and meetings).
- Establish and maintain business relationships with key clients.
- Conduct effective presentations and commercial negotiations.
- Travel frequently for business purposes.
Requirements:
- Higher technical or business education.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and development of sales channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent knowledge of English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
- Great independence in organizing work.
- Self-confidence, optimism, openness to new challenges, and commitment.
- Ability to acquire new clients and build long-term relationships.
- Experience in the public sector is an additional advantage.
- Category B driving license.
