ORAFOL Europe GmbH is seeking a driven and ambitious Junior Business Development Manager for Poland and Central Eastern Europe (CEE) to join our rapidly expanding Reflective Solutions division.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and acquiring new business customers across various sectors, including government, businesses, and consumers. You will be responsible for developing and managing sales channels within Poland and selected CEE countries, ensuring the successful growth of our product portfolio.

Your Responsibilities
  • Actively seek out and secure new business customers, building a strong customer base for two distinct product segments.
  • Manage sales operations within both direct and indirect sales channels across Poland and chosen CEE countries.
  • Represent our products at client meetings and industry events, showcasing their value proposition.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports and presentations to effectively communicate progress and insights.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor monitoring to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Develop compelling commercial offers tailored to specific client needs.
  • Provide ongoing customer support through various channels, including email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and engage in successful commercial negotiations.
  • Embark on frequent business trips within Poland and CEE to meet with clients and partners.
Your Qualifications
  • A higher education degree in a technical or business field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales and the development of sales channels.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English language proficiency; additional language skills are highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
  • A self-confident, optimistic, and open-minded approach with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
  • Proven ability to acquire new clients and build lasting relationships.
  • Experience in the public sector is a valuable asset.
  • Possession of a valid Category B driving license.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
