We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager EAST-Europe.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the ORAFOL brand as a provider of reflective solutions in the region, intensifying and growing existing relationships with key customers and stakeholders, and winning new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and sales in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to initiate and coordinate product and material release projects.
  • Contribute to the development of the product range.
  • Develop and present sales concepts and identify new market potentials.
  • Perform business analysis of customers and competitors.
  • Present Orafol at trade fairs and participate in them.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or several years of experience in sales of technical products.
  • Strong technical understanding and knowledge of the industry.
  • Fluency in English, with other foreign languages being an advantage.
  • Valid car driver's license.
  • Ability to travel approximately 2-3 days per week.
  • Courtesy, reliability, high service mentality, persuasiveness, and a confident and friendly demeanor.
  • Passionate and committed personality.
  • High degree of initiative and flexibility, with strong organizational skills.
