About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Service Representative to join our team at Jobs Europe AB. As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to customers on the Partner Center platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to resolve technical issues on the Partner Center platform.
  • Provide support services to customers.
  • Identify technical support areas during customer interactions.
  • Provide feedback and details to technical advisors and PG teams.
  • Meet CPE team goals and timely resolution or escalation targets to achieve similar response times as competitors.
  • Maintain technical skills through completion of ongoing readiness and platform training.
  • Participate in the development of future Microsoft support functions for the cloud.

Requirements:

  • Fluent German language skills (C2) and English language skills (at least B2);
  • Previous experience working with M365 technology (SPO, EXO) is required;
  • Basic knowledge of troubleshooting Active Directory (users, mailboxes) is required;
  • Knowledge of basic APIs and networking is required;
  • Basic knowledge of programming (Python, C#) is an asset.
