Key Responsibilities

  • Activate trial subscriptions and award bonuses for new customers
  • Explain compensation options and clarify invoices
  • Maintain customer master data, including addresses and bank information

Requirements

  • Service-oriented and customer-focused
  • Affinity for commercial issues and modern remuneration systems
  • Interest in developing the Dutch market
  • Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
