About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Junior Customer Service Representative for our Service Hotline in Berlin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the service standards of our clients as a customer service representative and reflect the company's view.
  • Handle incoming inquiries and resolve cases independently.
  • Provide comprehensive customer support and guidance.
Requirements
  • First-hand experience in customer service, with a passion for communication and people skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
  • Reliability, strong communication skills, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking.
