About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Customer Service Representative to join our team at Jobs Europe AB. As a Technical Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to Microsoft customers in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to Microsoft customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with Microsoft products and services.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Fluent German language skills (C2) and English language skills (B2).
  • Previous experience working with M365 technology (SPO, EXO) is required.
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory (users, mailboxes) is required.
  • Knowledge of basic API and networking concepts is required.
  • Basic programming skills in Python or C# are a plus.
