Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve technical issues on the Partner Center platform.
  • Support the delivery of high-quality customer experiences.
  • Identify areas for technical improvement while working with customers.
  • Provide feedback and insights to technical consultants and product groups.
  • Achieve team goals and objectives related to issue resolution and escalation, ensuring timely responses to customers.
  • Maintain and enhance technical skills through ongoing training and platform readiness.
  • Contribute to the development of future Microsoft support features for the cloud.
Requirements
  • Fluent German (C2) and English (minimum B2) language proficiency.
  • Previous experience working with M365 technology (SPO, EXO) is required.
  • Basic troubleshooting knowledge in Active Directory (users, mailboxes) is essential.
  • Understanding of basic APIs and networks is required.
  • Basic programming knowledge (Python, C#) is advantageous.
