We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to enhance our customer support team, assisting new users in their registration process and providing ongoing support.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Document Verification: Ensure the accuracy of user documents, including identity cards and driving licenses, utilizing video software for identity confirmation.
  • App Assistance: Guide users in navigating our app for reservations, unlocking scooters, and returning them.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the battery replacement team to ensure timely battery exchanges for users.
  • Information Provision: Clearly explain our service concepts, insurance terms, costs, and payment methods to potential customers.
  • Accident Support: Offer personalized assistance in the event of an accident.

Qualifications:

  • Customer-Oriented: A strong focus on customer satisfaction.
