We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be essential in delivering top-notch service to our clients. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Handling Inquiries: Respond to and log consumer inquiries via various communication channels.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of consumer interactions and feedback in our customer service database.
  • Complaint Management: Address and log client complaints in accordance with our escalation policy.
  • Service Level Agreements: Ensure that all support interactions are resolved within the agreed SLAs and properly documented.
  • Troubleshooting: Utilize open questions, support documents, and system training to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Providing Solutions: Offer recommendations for common issues and frequently asked questions.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Language Skills: Native or fluent in one of the required languages
  • English Proficiency: Good level of English (B2)
  • Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal
  • Residency: Must hold EU Citizenship or a Portuguese residence card
