Customer Success Lead

Supported by leading European investors, we aim to establish ourselves as the premier contractor operating system in Europe. To facilitate our upcoming growth phase, we are in search of a proactive Head of Customer Success to guide our team.
Your Key Responsibilities- Leadership Development:
- Expand and nurture the Customer Success team.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Guarantee team effectiveness and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Decision-Making:
- Implement data-driven strategies in partnership with Revenue Operations.
- Leverage insights to improve customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the Product team to meet customer demands.
- Interdepartmental Cooperation:
- Work with the Product team to integrate customer feedback.
- Request and evaluate usage data for informed product decisions.
- Performance Evaluation:
- Set KPIs to assess the effectiveness of Customer Success initiatives.
- Report to upper management and align strategies with organizational objectives.
- Over 7 years of experience in Customer Success, with a leadership role in startup environments.
- Demonstrated success in managing sizable teams.
- Capable of offering constructive solutions and achieving results.
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with a flexible approach.
- Fluent in both German and English.
