Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Berlin or Hamburg. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing customer success plans that enable our clients to achieve their business goals and maximize the value of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer success plans that align with our clients' business objectives and ensure timely delivery of results.
  • Conduct regular workshops and strategic sessions with clients to enhance and optimize their application usage.
  • Provide training and support to clients on new releases and features of our software solutions.
  • Oversee proof of value projects and implementation projects to ensure client needs are thoroughly met.
  • Act as an escalation manager for support issues and ensure swift and effective resolution.
  • Analyze performance indicators and collect customer feedback to execute proactive solutions that improve KPIs and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the development of the product roadmap and initiatives by providing key feedback to product management.
  • Support the Sales Teams by conducting discovery meetings and client demos, identifying the right product fit, and ensuring contract renewals in collaboration with Sales.
  • Drive marketing collaboration with clients to enable client references, case studies, conference speeches, etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in IT consulting, with a focus on customer success or professional services for software applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work proactively, reliably, and enthusiastically with clients, consultants, and product experts.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage services efficiently and effectively.
  • Experience in B2B and/or Retail (pricing) context is a plus.
  • Knowledge of and enthusiasm for technology trends and digital topics.
  • Refined problem-solving skills to translate business needs into digital solutions.
  • Fluency in English and German.
