Team Lead Key Account Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Lead Key Account Management to join our team at Eventinc GmbH. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals who provide exceptional support to our contract customers.
Your primary goal will be to guide and support your team in delivering outstanding customer service and driving business growth. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing customer relationships, developing processes, and achieving our revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead a team of 8 professionals in providing exceptional customer service and support to our contract customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers' key contacts to build long-term partnerships.
- Process Development: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Team Development: Cultivate a positive work environment and support the development of your team members.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as Enterprise Sales, Product, and Finance, to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in customer success or key account management.
- Industry Knowledge: Relevant experience in the events industry or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and empathy skills, with the ability to stay calm and solution-oriented in stressful situations.
- Language Skills: Fluency in German and English.
