Role Overview:

The Corporate Drug Regulatory Affairs Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and facilitating the development of pharmaceutical products. This position is essential for maintaining our commitment to quality and safety in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, prepare, and manage regulatory submissions and documentation.
  • Oversee the quality documentation related to pharmaceuticals, including CTD – module 3.
  • Manage documentation pertaining to pharmaceutical technology and toxicological assessments.
  • Develop comprehensive expert reports and risk-benefit analyses for medicinal products.
  • Coordinate clinical and non-clinical documentation across relevant departments.
  • Supervise global marketing authorization processes and ensure compliance with registration requirements.
  • Engage with national and international regulatory authorities to strategize licensing approaches.
  • Provide regulatory guidance and support to various internal departments.
  • Assist in quality assurance activities and pharmacovigilance tasks.
  • Conduct training sessions for CDRA department personnel on pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Participate in educational initiatives for pharmacists and pharmacy students.

Candidate Profile:

  • Possession of a university degree in pharmacy in accordance with AAppO regulations.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of global regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills for regulatory initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.
  • Proven proficiency in liaising with regulatory authorities.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Competence in standard office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
