Talent Acquisition Intern

The Talent Acquisition Intern will assist the Human Resources team by engaging in various recruitment initiatives. This position offers practical experience in the field of talent acquisition, encompassing candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and administrative assistance. The ideal candidate is passionate about building a career in Human Resources and is keen to understand the recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing:
- Support in identifying candidates through multiple channels, including job platforms, social media, and networking opportunities.
- Review resumes and applications to pinpoint suitable candidates.
- Keep the candidate database updated with precise and current information.
- Interview Coordination:
- Organize and manage interviews between candidates and hiring personnel.
- Assist in preparing and distributing interview materials.
- Communicate interview specifics and logistics to candidates.
- Administrative Support:
- Help in crafting job postings and advertisements.
- Provide support to the HR team with data entry and document organization.
- Assist in tracking recruitment metrics and generating reports as required.
- Candidate Communication:
- Facilitate communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
- Address candidate inquiries and offer timely updates on application progress.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by delivering exceptional service and support.
- Special Projects:
- Engage in various HR and recruitment projects as assigned.
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
- Support career fairs and other recruitment events.
- Education:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor.
- Experience:
- Prior experience or coursework in HR or recruitment is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with social media and professional networking platforms is beneficial.
