Role Overview:

The Lead Commercial Learning & Development position is crucial for fostering effective training and development strategies within the organization. This role involves:

  • Establishing strategic alliances with essential stakeholders to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Overseeing the Commercial Learning & Development Team along with various project teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Evaluating training requirements and integrating comprehensive customer engagement approaches.
  • Collaborating with Global Learning & Development teams on various training initiatives to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Creating and implementing Sales Lead Development Programs to boost sales effectiveness.
  • Managing relationships with external vendors to procure training tools and develop educational curricula.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in commercial training or health education sectors.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is also required.
