**Job Summary**

The Senior Commercial Excellence Manager will be responsible for driving commercial and business excellence by designing, planning, and implementing processes, tools, and initiatives to maximize top and bottom-line results.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Analyze and integrate insights from different sources (market research, competitive intelligence, analytics, forecasting, CRM data) to enable decision-making based on facts.
  • Develop and implement the Sales Force Effectiveness Plan focusing on key priorities.
  • Lead, with National Sales Manager, on Sales force performance, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with National Sales Manager on Sales Force sizing, territory alignment, Sales Force Effectiveness.
  • Lead and drive SFE culture and philosophy across all markets.
  • Drive adoption and use of Veeva CRM and Tableau to drive better business decisions and analytics.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the team to deliver cross-functional projects.
  • Lead and influence without direct authority and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 8+ years' commercial experience, within sales, marketing, ideally commercial excellence, in the diagnostic/pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrated implementation of commercial excellence projects with commercial outputs.
  • Demonstrated success directly or indirectly leading and coordinating strategic initiatives.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of CRM systems (preferably Veeva), and their implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent oral and written communications/presentations, results orientation, facilitation, and teamwork skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with computer skills (Microsoft Office programs, Tableau, Power BI, CRM systems).
