Position Overview:
We are seeking a Manager of Commercial Training for Oncology in Europe who will be instrumental in driving the commercial success of Daiichi Sankyo's oncology offerings. This role involves the creation and execution of comprehensive training programs for the sales team, ensuring they possess in-depth product knowledge, market intelligence, and effective customer engagement skills necessary for fostering business growth throughout Europe.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Training for Oncology in Europe and will collaborate closely with the Director of Scientific & Product Training to integrate scientific and clinical content, as well as with the Senior Manager of Skills & Capability Development to align training with required competencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with National Training Managers across European affiliates to customize training materials that meet local needs and adhere to regional quality standards.
- Engage with Commercial Leadership Teams to identify training requirements and align them with business objectives and marketing strategies.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders within the organization to ensure cohesive support for training initiatives.
This role is vital for ensuring that our commercial teams are well-prepared to meet the challenges of the market and contribute to the overall success of Daiichi Sankyo's oncology portfolio.
