Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead our Business Unit Building Technology in Munich. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial management, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of building services engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Manage and supervise the commercial departments within the Business Unit Building Technology
- Collaborate closely with operational departments to ensure seamless execution of business plans
- Monitor and control economic indicators and budgets to ensure financial stability
- Lead the development and implementation of controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management processes
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and quality standards
- Drive business process optimization and digitalization initiatives
Requirements:
- Master's degree in business administration or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in commercial management, preferably in plant or construction engineering
- Strong knowledge of building services engineering and industry trends
- Proven leadership experience and project management skills
- Analytical and structured approach to work
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in German and English
