Strategic Business Partner Lead

As a Strategic Business Partner Lead, you will be instrumental in influencing business strategies and driving our success forward. Here’s why this position is a remarkable opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborative Partnership: Work in close alignment with Sales and Marketing teams, offering insightful analyses and challenging existing assumptions to steer commercial strategies.
Forecasting Accuracy: Develop precise forecasts grounded in comprehensive data and sound assumptions, ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective presentations to leadership.
Performance Analytics: Take charge of all reporting functions, guaranteeing precision and delivering insightful analyses to support organizational goals.
Retailer Collaboration: Provide analytical support and insights to foster joint business initiatives and drive growth.
Business Case Formulation: Collaborate with various stakeholders to construct solid business cases, evaluating all expenses and ensuring that returns align with target objectives.
Effectiveness Assessment: Establish success metrics for sales initiatives and perform evaluations post-implementation.
Annual Financial Planning: Partner with commercial teams to develop budgets for the forthcoming year.
Ad Hoc Insights: Execute analyses and deliver insights as required to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in German and English
  • Experience in a commercially focused role.
  • Desirable background in financial forecasting.
  • Proficient in advanced MS Excel.
  • Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a problem-solving approach.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
  • A strong desire for personal and professional growth.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Domo, Power BI, or Tableau is advantageous.
