  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to broaden the CDMO's reach and impact in the marketplace.

  • Maintain strong connections with key decision-makers across various departments within client organizations.

  • Lead the acquisition process by negotiating contracts, crafting compelling client proposals and bids, and closing deals to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutics, Life Sciences, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrate extensive leadership experience in sales/business development and key account management within a commercial organization.
  • Exhibit a proven ability to translate customer insights and expert advice into successful sales outcomes and enduring client relationships.
  • Possess exceptional networking skills and the capacity to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Maintain a strong technical foundation and subject matter expertise in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Have a track record of successfully establishing strategic partnerships.
