Strategic Business Partner Lead

As a Strategic Business Partner Lead, you will be instrumental in influencing key business strategies and ensuring our continued growth. Here’s what makes this position a remarkable opportunity:

Location: This role is based in a hybrid model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborative Partnership: Work in tandem with Sales and Marketing teams to provide insightful analyses and challenge existing assumptions, driving informed commercial decisions.
  • Forecasting Accuracy: Develop precise forecasts utilizing comprehensive data and sound assumptions, ensuring stakeholder alignment and effective presentations to leadership.
  • Reporting Excellence: Take charge of reporting processes, guaranteeing accuracy and delivering insightful analyses that align with business goals.
  • Retail Engagement: Provide analytical support to enhance joint business initiatives and drive growth.
  • Business Case Formulation: Collaborate with stakeholders to create thorough business cases, evaluating all costs and ensuring expected returns are achieved.
  • Effectiveness Assessment: Establish success metrics for sales initiatives and conduct evaluations post-implementation.
  • Annual Financial Planning: Partner with commercial teams to prepare budgets for the upcoming fiscal year.
  • Ad Hoc Analytical Support: Conduct necessary analyses and provide insights to facilitate strategic business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in both German and English.
  • Experience in a commercially focused role.
  • Desirable background in financial forecasting.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • A collaborative spirit with a positive attitude.
  • A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Domo, Power BI, or Tableau is advantageous.
