Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Partner to join our team at Worldline. As a key member of our global resilience program, you will play a critical role in ensuring the continuity of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Monitor Business Continuity Roadmap: Collaborate with various departments to define and monitor the Business Continuity (BC) roadmap in line with the Global BC roadmap and framework.
  • ICT/DR Effectiveness: Coordinate and challenge IT Platforms teams on ICT/DR effectiveness and provide support to Platform Owner on IT DR solutions and procedures when required.
  • ISO 22301 Certification: Support the delivery and maintenance of ISO 22301 certification and ensure alignment with global compliance requirements.
  • External Audits and Customer Requests: Provide support to external audits and customer requests in liaison to Resilience activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in Business Continuity, ICT recovery, Vendor Resilience, and crisis leadership, especially in financial services, fintech, consulting, or payment institutions.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in French and English, with an additional EU language as a plus.
