As a Business Transformation Manager, you will report directly to the VP of Business Consultancy Services.
This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, with potential onsite client engagements as needed.
Role Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout all project phases, from establishing the initial vision to developing detailed roadmaps and transformation programs, while addressing complex challenges and formulating clear business cases. Lead the formulation of business strategies, integrating perspectives from end customers, organizational structures, and technology considerations. You will drive strategic initiatives for both national and international clients, providing actionable recommendations based on a thorough analysis of business objectives, customer data, and operational processes. Manage interdisciplinary teams in large-scale pitches and consulting projects, ensuring successful outcomes that benefit the client. Establish yourself as a thought leader in business transformation, delivering insights with enthusiasm and professional confidence. Collaborate with a team of skilled strategy consultants to enhance our business consulting offerings. Provide comprehensive advice to clients on sales, marketing, and communication strategies, taking into account organizational dynamics, processes, and business management, supported by your deep understanding of operating models and commercial strategies. Maintain a broad perspective on communication strategies and initiatives, with a keen understanding of the strategic positioning of companies, brands, and individuals.Required Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting role within a strategic capacity at a professional services firm, industry, startup, or reputable consultancy. A degree in economics, business informatics, computer science, or a related field; advanced degrees or MBAs are preferred. Exceptional communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to engage confidently with C-level executives. Strong foundation in strategy development, supported by practical experience with consulting methodologies and frameworks. Strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to articulate complex solutions effectively. Entrepreneurial spirit and experience in leading national and/or international digital transformation projects. Passion for topics such as organizational development, change management, innovation management, business modeling, process optimization, multi-channel strategies, data management, and e-commerce. A collaborative approach and a strong desire to learn and grow. Proficient in English (business fluent), with additional language skills in German being advantageous. Enjoy presenting ideas developed collaboratively to clients, demonstrating a customer-centric approach and strong business acumen.Additional Information
