About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX Germany GmbH & Co. OHG 3. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the Ciena networking segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Provide market insights and competitive analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners and suppliers, including Ciena
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies and solutions to drive business growth
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the networking industry and Ciena's products and solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Fluency in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
