Position Overview:
As a Communications Intern, you will engage with the IT Global Service & Parts assistant team, contributing to the preparation, coordination, and management of cross-departmental initiatives. Your role will encompass operational planning and execution of internal communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and execution of communication plans tailored for effective internal messaging.
- Take initiative in designing, planning, and implementing various internal communication formats, including organizing and facilitating virtual and in-person events and workshops.
- Write, compile, and publish engaging content such as blog posts and newsletters, while also supporting the internal community and analyzing key performance indicators.
- Contribute to change management efforts by adopting agile methodologies and fostering collaboration between business and IT sectors, aiding in the development of innovative working models.
- Represent departmental interests within the overarching editorial team.
- Support daily operations to gain insights into the cross-departmental processes of a large corporation, including content planning and preparation for executive meetings, conferences, and workshops.
- Prepare and assist in the execution of digital and in-person events, such as departmental town halls or workshops.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Current enrollment in a degree program related to communications, media, business, humanities, or social sciences (a valid certificate of enrollment is required).
- A passion for communication and media.
- A reliable work ethic and proactive approach.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- Familiarity with graphic design, photography, video production, or editing is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
