Key Responsibilities

As a student trainee, you will play a vital role within the IT Global Service & Parts assistant team. Your contributions will include:

  • Assisting in the creation and execution of communication strategies tailored for internal audiences.
  • Taking initiative in designing, planning, and executing various internal communication formats, including organizing virtual and in-person events and workshops.
  • Writing, compiling, and distributing newsletters and blog posts, while also supporting the internal community and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Contributing to change management efforts by engaging with agile methodologies and fostering collaboration between business and IT sectors.
  • Representing departmental interests within the overarching editorial team.
  • Providing support in daily operations, gaining insights into the cross-departmental processes of a large corporation, and assisting in the preparation of materials for high-level meetings.
  • Preparing and facilitating digital and in-person events such as departmental town halls or workshops.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Current enrollment in a degree program related to communications, media, economics, or social sciences (a valid enrollment certificate is required).
  • A passion for communication and media.
  • A reliable work ethic and proactive approach.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Familiarity with graphic design, photography, video production, or editing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
