About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our affiliate marketing efforts. As a Junior Ad Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing affiliate ad campaigns on a daily basis. You'll work closely with our internal and external clients to troubleshoot and resolve any ad-serving issues, ensuring tracking reliability and best yield.

You'll also leverage Business Intelligence tools to analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for optimization to the publisher and advertiser account management teams. Additionally, you'll ensure compliance with client requirements and industry regulations across all campaigns.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize affiliate ad campaigns on a daily basis
  • Manage day-to-day AdOps flow, ensuring tracking reliability, troubleshooting, and best yield
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any ad-serving issues, collaborating with internal and external clients as needed
  • Leverage Business Intelligence tools to analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for optimization
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and industry regulations across all campaigns
Your Ideal Profile:
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, affiliate marketing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Affiliate Marketing
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and other web technologies is a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the digital marketing space
