About the Role

Finoa is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting the Operations team in all aspects of their duties, including Customer Support, Procurement & Vendor Management, Process Management, and Project Coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Operations team in planning and executing operational efficiency and automation initiatives.
  • Partner with colleagues to establish and implement operational processes.
  • Provide additional ad hoc support to business partners as necessary.
  • Help on cross-functional tasks and initiatives that support Finoa's global growth.
Requirements
  • You are currently pursuing your bachelor or masters' degree in Management, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • You are reliable, self-motivated, and a quick learner with exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in using structured approaches to problem solving.
  • You are fluent in English – German and any other language is a plus.
  • Good level and knowledge in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
  • You have a hands-on mentality, healthy entrepreneurial mindset, stress resistance, and a willingness to take an active role in our fast-growing company.
