Join Forto as an Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Specialist to join our team at Forto. As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations, providing exceptional customer service, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the entire logistics process, from booking to delivery
  • Provide expert advice and support to customers on logistics-related matters
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including carriers, customs brokers, and other stakeholders
  • Prepare and document manual quotations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in seafreight import operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluency in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
