About the Role

Finoa is a regulated crypto asset platform for institutional investors, and we are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team as a Mandatory Operations Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company and contribute to the planning and execution of operational efficiency and automation initiatives.

As a Mandatory Operations Specialist, you will assist the Operations team in all aspects of their duties, including Customer Support, Procurement & Vendor Management, Process Management, and Project Coordination.

You will also support the team in establishing and implementing operational processes, providing additional ad hoc support to business partners as necessary, and helping with cross-functional tasks and initiatives that support Finoa's global growth.

Requirements
  • You are currently pursuing your bachelor or masters' degree in Management, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • You are reliable, self-motivated, and a quick learner with exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in using structured approaches to problem solving.
  • You are fluent in English – German and any other language is a plus.
  • Good level and knowledge in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
  • You have a hands-on mentality, healthy entrepreneurial mindset, stress resistance, and a willingness to take an active role in our fast-growing company.
