We are in search of a

Graduate Product Asset Manager located in Neu-Isenburg, Germany

Arrow's EMEA Graduate Program spans 12 months and is specifically crafted for recent graduates who have completed their studies within the last two years and are eager to engage in a hands-on learning experience.

Role Expectations:

At Arrow, we believe that immersive learning is the key to your development. You will be entrusted with significant responsibilities related to your role, including:
  • Overseeing inventory management, profiling, scheduling, and backlog management of Purchase Orders (POs) to align with Customer Request Dates (CRDs).
  • Formulating and executing product strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers, sales teams, and end customers.
  • Enhancing Oracle CPI and BPO requirements to elevate service levels.
  • Encouraging suppliers to prioritize Arrow and our clients.
  • Acting as a point of escalation for service recovery matters.
  • Resolving Invoice Price Variance (IPV) and Non-Conforming Receipts (NCR) in coordination with Primary Distribution Centers (PDCs) and the Finance Department.
  • Aggregating volumes to boost our profit margins.
  • Managing slow-moving inventory, including review and reduction strategies.
  • Negotiating stock packages with the Product Supply Manager (PSM).
  • Preparing and conducting Supplier meetings.
  • Serving as the primary contact for Sales and Supplier Marketing.
  • Being the Single Point of Contact for the Sales Team regarding stock, backlog management, and supplier/technology lead times.
  • Managing lead times and implementing them in Oracle and Planet Arrow with the Data Management department (MDM).
  • Processing scrap and supplier returns in collaboration with MDM and Finance.
  • Championing supplier needs for all asset-related matters.
  • Facilitating intercompany inventory transfers.
  • Managing asset attributes (File).
  • Collaborating on UDPs with PSM, PGM, and MDM.
  • Working on daily action items in Demantra and ASCP.
Qualifications:
  • You must possess a legal right to work in the country where the position is based.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, obtained in 2024 or within the last two years.
  • Fluency in German and English (both oral and written).
  • A solid understanding of commercial business strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to proactively engage with teams, suppliers, and sales organizations.
  • Highly organized with a commitment to supporting our sales team in driving business growth and enhancing profitability.
  • A strong inclination towards supporting and implementing process improvements.
  • An excellent service-oriented mindset.
  • A collaborative team player.
