In the Asset Management area, your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the Product Group Manager to enhance inventory quality, boost turnover rates, minimize slow-moving inventory, and ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements.
- Managing inventory, profiling, scheduling, and overseeing purchase order backlogs to align with customer request dates.
- Formulating and executing product strategies in conjunction with key stakeholders.
- Building strong relationships with suppliers, sales teams, and end customers.
- Developing Oracle CPI and BPO specifications to elevate service standards.
- Encouraging suppliers to prioritize Arrow and our clients.
- Acting as a point of escalation for service recovery challenges.
- Resolving invoice price variances and non-conforming receipts in collaboration with distribution centers and finance.
- Aggregating volume to enhance profit margins.
- Managing slow-moving inventory through review and reduction strategies.
- Negotiating stock packages with the Product Supply Manager.
- Preparing and conducting supplier meetings.
- Serving as the primary contact for sales and supplier marketing.
- Being the single point of contact for the sales team regarding stock, backlog management, and supplier lead times.
- Overseeing lead time management and implementation in Oracle and Planet Arrow with the Data Management department.
- Processing scrap and supplier returns in conjunction with Data Management and Finance.
- Championing supplier needs related to asset management.
- Supporting intercompany inventory transfers.
- Managing asset attribute files.
- Coordinating with the Product Supply Manager, Product Group Manager, and Data Management on UDPs.
- Engaging with daily action lists in demand forecasting and supply chain planning.
- Must possess a legal right to work in the country of employment.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field obtained within the last two years or expected in the near future.
- Fluency in both German and English (oral and written).
- Solid understanding of business administration principles and their application in daily operations and strategic planning.
- Good grasp of commercial strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage proactively with teams, suppliers, and sales organizations.
- Highly organized with a commitment to supporting sales growth and enhancing profitability.
