In the Asset Management role, you will focus on:
- Collaborating with the Product Group Manager to enhance inventory quality, boost turnover rates, and minimize slow-moving inventory while ensuring timely delivery to customer requirements.
- Managing inventory, profiling, scheduling, and overseeing Purchase Orders to align with Customer Request Dates.
- Formulating and executing product strategies in conjunction with key stakeholders.
- Cultivating strong relationships with suppliers, sales teams, and end customers.
- Developing Oracle CPI and BPO specifications to elevate service levels.
- Encouraging suppliers to prioritize Arrow and our customers.
- Serving as a point of escalation for service recovery issues.
- Addressing Invoice Price Variance and Non-Conforming Receipts in coordination with distribution centers and finance.
- Aggregating volumes to enhance margins.
- Managing slow-moving inventory through review and reduction strategies.
- Negotiating stock packages with the Product Supply Manager.
- Organizing and conducting supplier meetings.
- Acting as the primary contact for sales teams regarding stock, backlog management, and supplier lead times.
- Overseeing lead time management and implementation in Oracle systems.
- Processing scrap and supplier returns in collaboration with finance and data management.
- Championing supplier needs within the asset management domain.
- Supporting intercompany inventory transfers.
- Managing asset attributes and daily action lists in relevant systems.
Requirements:
- Legal eligibility to work in the location of the position.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, obtained within the last two years or expected in the near future.
- Proficiency in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.- Solid understanding of business administration practices and their application in daily operations and strategic planning.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage proactively with teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Highly organized with a commitment to supporting sales initiatives and enhancing profitability.
