Responsibilities include managing inventory, profiling, scheduling, and overseeing Purchase Orders (POs) to align with Customer Request Dates (CRDs).
Develop Oracle CPI and BPO specifications to enhance service quality
Serve as the escalation point for service recovery challenges
Address Invoice Price Variance (IPV) and Non-Conforming Receipts (NCR) in collaboration with Primary Distribution Centers (PDCs) and the Finance Department
Manage slow-moving inventory, including assessment and reduction strategies
Act as the primary contact for the Sales Team regarding stock, backlog management, and supplier/technology lead times
Oversee lead time management and implementation within Oracle and Planet Arrow in conjunction with the Data Management department (MDM)
Process scrap and supplier returns alongside MDM and Finance
Facilitate intercompany inventory transfers
Manage asset attributes (File)
Candidates should possess or be on track to obtain a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field in 2024 or within the last two years.
Proficiency in both German and English (spoken and written) is essential.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, along with the ability to engage proactively with team members, suppliers, our sales organization, and other relevant departments.
Highly organized individuals who are eager to support our sales team in driving business growth and enhancing profitability are encouraged to apply. A commitment to process improvement is highly valued.A strong service-oriented mindset is essential.
