Graduate Product Asset Manager based in Neu-Isenburg (Germany)
Arrow's EMEA Graduate Program is a comprehensive 12-month experience designed for recent graduates who have completed their studies within the last two years and are eager to engage in a hands-on learning environment.
Role Expectations:
At Arrow, we believe that immersive learning is key to your development. You will be entrusted with significant responsibilities that include:
- Managing inventory, profiling, scheduling, and overseeing Purchase Orders (POs) to align with Customer Request Dates (CRDs).
- Formulating and executing product strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Building strong relationships with suppliers, sales teams, and end customers.
- Enhancing service levels by developing Oracle CPI and BPO requirements.
- Encouraging suppliers to prioritize Arrow and our clients.
- Acting as a point of escalation for service recovery matters.
- Resolving Invoice Price Variance (IPV) and Non-Conforming Receipts (NCR) issues in coordination with Primary Distribution Centers (PDCs) and the Finance Department.
- Aggregating volumes to optimize margins.
- Managing slow-moving inventory, including reviews and reductions.
- Negotiating stock packages with the Product Supply Manager (PSM).
- Preparing and conducting Supplier meetings.
- Serving as the primary contact for Sales and Supplier Marketing.
- Acting as the Single Point of Contact for the Sales Team regarding stock, backlog management, and supplier lead times.
- Overseeing lead time management and implementation in Oracle and Planet Arrow with the Data Management department (MDM).
- Processing scrap and supplier returns in collaboration with MDM and Finance.
- Championing supplier needs for all asset-related matters.
- Facilitating intercompany inventory transfers.
- Managing asset attributes (File).
- Collaborating with PSM, PGM, and MDM on UDPs.
- Working on daily action items in Demantra and ASCP.
- Must possess a legal right to work in the country of the position.
- Have obtained or will obtain a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field in 2024 or within the last two years.
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong understanding of commercial business strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage proactively with teams, suppliers, and sales organizations.
- Highly organized and motivated to support the sales team in driving business growth and enhancing profitability.
- Enthusiastic about supporting and implementing process improvements.
- Possess an excellent service-oriented mindset.
- Be a collaborative team player.
