We are in search of a
Graduate Product Asset Manager based in Neu-Isenburg, Germany
Arrow's EMEA Graduate Program spans 12 months, crafted specifically for recent graduates who have completed their studies within the last two years and are eager to engage in a hands-on learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory management, including profiling, scheduling, and backlog management of Purchase Orders (POs) to align with Customer Request Dates (CRDs).
- Formulate and implement product strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with suppliers, sales teams, and end customers.
- Enhance service levels by developing Oracle CPI and BPO requirements.
- Encourage suppliers to prioritize Arrow and our clients proactively.
- Serve as the escalation point for service recovery issues.
- Address Invoice Price Variance (IPV) and Non-Conforming Receipts (NCR) by coordinating with Primary Distribution Centers (PDCs) and the Finance Department.
- Aggregate volumes to boost profit margins.
- Manage slow-moving inventory through review and reduction strategies.
- Negotiate stock packages in collaboration with the Product Supply Manager (PSM).
- Organize and conduct Supplier meetings.
- Act as the primary contact for Sales and Supplier Marketing regarding all stock-related inquiries, backlog management, and supplier lead times.
- Oversee lead time management and implementation in Oracle and Planet Arrow in conjunction with the Data Management department (MDM).
- Process scrap and supplier returns in collaboration with MDM and Finance.
- Champion supplier relations for all asset requirements.
- Facilitate intercompany inventory transfers.
- Manage asset attributes effectively.
- Collaborate with PSM, PGM, and MDM on UDP management.
- Engage with the daily action list in Demantra and ASCP.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a legal right to work in the country of the position.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, obtained within the last two years or expected in 2024.
- Fluent in German and English (both spoken and written).
- Strong understanding of commercial business strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage proactively with teams, suppliers, and sales organizations.
- Highly organized with a commitment to supporting sales teams in driving business growth and enhancing profitability.
- Motivated to support and implement process improvements.
